Purple Ombre mani!

Hey lovelies!
I was going through all of my polishes and realized I had quite a few purples, and decided to do an ombre mani.. surprisingly enough I've never done one before!

Left to right: China Glaze - White On White, Color Club - Who are you wearing?, Sally Hansen - Lacey Lilac, China Glaze - Spontaneous & NOPI -  The Grape Debate.

Not photographed are the beautiful glitters I added on top: China Glaze - Fairy Dust, and then added China Glaze - Techno in a gradient effect.

I loved the way my pinky looked, so holo and gorgeous over the deep plum color.
I'm thinking of trying an ombre mani with blues next time.. since I have a million blue polishes lol.

I hope you're all enjoying your Monday. I'm having a lovely day relaxing with my fiance!
Thank you for reading!

Nubar - Black & White Polka Dot

Hey lovelies!
It's a beautiful Sunday here in Ontario, the sun is shining (which hasn't happened often lately)!
On Friday I went shopping with a friend and happened to find a set of Nubar polishes at Winners, I never find Nubar there so I was so excited.

As you can see, they are also Black & White polka dot polishes.. I've been dying for black and white glitter.. and now I finally have it.
I decided for a nice simple look to try it out, and went with black and white as my base polishes.

If you look closely at my ring finger you can see this beautiful subtle shimmer that White Polka Dot  has, it's somewhat bluey-greeny? I love it. I can't wait to try these polishes out with different colors!

I hope you're all enjoying your Sunday, and this gorgeous weather!

Neon Leopard print!

Hello again!
2 posts in 1 day? I'm as shocked as you are!
I haven't done a leopard print mani in awhile, so I decided why not try it out again? One of the first free hand nail art I tried was a leopard mani, so I did something similar only I used different colors and I started out with a grey base instead of white!

I really like the way this turned out, I was afraid the colors wouldn't look as neon on a grey base.. but they do! All of the colors used in the design are from the Color Club Poptastic collection.. which you can see swatched here! :)

Thanks for reading today (again)!

Zebra print over Polarized!

Hey lovelies!
Today I have an easy freehand zebra print for you, I have been slacking at doing freehand stuff.. and since it's been so long I decided to just do something easy for you. I did this over one of my new polishes I showed you in my recent haul, China Glaze - Polarized from the Prismatic collection.

I love the way it looked in the end, the black really stood out over the silver + glittery base. Sadly, I took A LOT of pictures.. not realizing that most of them would turn out awful and blurry.. and by the time I noticed I had already taken the polish off. Don't you hate when that happens?

Thanks for reading, and have an amazing weekend everyone!

Color Club - Poptastic Collection!

Hey everyone!
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend!
Today I have Color Club - Poptastic collection for you!

You may have seen me posting swatches of this collection already, but I have deleted those posts and decided to condense it into one post!
You may also notice my different nail lengths in this post lol, I swatched 3 polishes one day.. and then broke my nail that night, then swatched the other 4. So I apologize.
Anyways, onto the nail polish!

First up is Almost Famous. A beautiful yellow polish, it's bright but I wouldn't call it neon. I'm not normally one to wear yellows, but this polish is just so bright and beautiful.. what's not to love?

Wham! Pow! A very bright neon orange! I'm not an orange person what so ever, but this is perfect for summer, and for any person who loves bold polishes!

Poptastic. A bright neon pink. Not something I'm normally a fan of, but the formula was nice and the color was pretty.

Twiggie. A creamy bright green. This is not a typical green, it's not as "minty" as most green creams, it's brighter and it's such a pretty color.

Pucci-Licious. A beautiful purple with a blue tone. It was very hard to photograph, it doesn't appear as bright in the picture, or as pretty.. but believe me it's a gorgeous color.

Warhol. A neon pink, not as creamy as Poptastic, it's darker and very bright. I had a very hard time taking a picture of this as well, the brightness isn't showing as well as it does in person.

Mrs.Robinson. A neon purple. It reminds me a lot of the base in CG - Flying Dragon, without the matte and the glitter of course. Very pretty color.

I really love this collection, all of the colors are so fun and so unique. I wouldn't normally buy some of the polishes individually, but I'm glad I got them because I love them all!

Also, someone on Facebook has recently helped me in naming my other Color Club Collection that I didn't know the names of, so I have gone and edited that post with the proper names now!

I hope you're all doing well, thank you for reading!

A ton of Color Club polishes all covered in diamonds!

Hey everyone!
I told you all a few weeks ago that I bought a Color Club set, but sadly none of the polishes had names (a huge problem for all of us Canadians, because there's only one place in Canada that sells Color Club and they rarely have names on them), I have done so much searching for the names of them.. and have had no luck. *UPDATE* Someone just helped me figure out all the names!
When I woke up today I had nail mail.. a lovely lady named Andrea sent me Color Club - Covered in Diamonds (which was on my wish list), so I knew this would be a good opportunity to swatch that unknown set finally!
I'm warning you this post is LOADED with pictures, since there are 6 different polishes, all polishes are posted with swatches of them alone, then with 1 coat of Covered in Diamonds.

I believe in Amour. This is a beautiful pink polish, not something I would normally by, and shockingly I really ended up liking it! I only needed 2 coats for this for full coverage!

Coral Cascade. This is a coral/orange polish, that has a beautiful cream finish. It only needed 2 coats for full coverage.

Pardon My French. This is a very pale pink, and it's very sheer. I needed 4 coats for this, and I felt it still didn't cover all that well.

Edie. This is a green cream, it almost appears neon in person. This reminds me a lot of CG - Four Leaf Clover, and is just as hard to photograph lol. I only needed 2 coats for full coverage.

Who Are You Wearing? This is a light lavender cream, it almost appears slightly gray. This was my favorite polish, I didn't have anything like this. I needed 3 coats for full coverage. (And as you can see Covered in Diamonds looks amazing on this color!)

Last but not least, Take Me To Your Chateau. This is a beautiful blue cream. Another favorite from this set, it showed Covered in Diamonds beautifully!

Whoa, that was a long post lol! As you can tell, these are not from the same collection, they got packaged wrong and all of the polishes are kind of random.

Thank you all for reading, and I hope you all have a wonderful week! xox

Barielle - Gold Digger.. and some VERY exciting news!

Hey everyone!
Today I have Barielle Gold Digger for you, this is from my second set of Barielle polishes that I recently purchased.
This polish doesn't need an explanation.. it's beautiful and gold.

Now for my exciting news... last night Spencer (my man) proposed to me. I was not expecting this, and I'm so beyond happy right now. I took a picture of my ring with instagram.. beautiful black diamonds (something I always wanted).

I know a lot of people don't like black diamonds, but I never wanted a typical engagement ring.. and I pretty much live in black, and this is the perfect ring for me!!

Thank you all for reading, I'm going to enjoy my day! xox
